Intersex Petition
As per our work to support Intersex Canadians, we would like to invite you to sign our petition.
By signing you agree that the federal government should repeal Section 268(3) of the Criminal Code in Canada that continues to allow non-consensual surgery by medical practitioners to alter the bodies of infants and children whom they perceive to be ambiguous (i.e. intersex).
The federal government should also invest in educating medial practitioners and families on the needs, experiences, cultures and communities of Intersex people.
