The day after the Day of Pink!

Yesterday over 8.1 million people worldwide wore pink in celebration of the 5th anniversay of this international day to stop bullying, discrimination, homophobia & transphobia.
In celebration of the event, Jer’s Vision held our 7th annual Gala, recoganizing Rick Mercer, Hon. Jack Layton, Brandon Timmerman & Lori Taylor–winners of our Youth Role Model of the Year Awards.
Over Canada, we want to thank the thousands of volunteers and organizers who organized community events, training seminars, movie screening, flash mobs, arts events, so much more and of course wore pink!
We are already planning for next year! Send in your nominations for next year’s Youth Role Model of the Year award here.
We also encourage you to become a monthly donor or make a one time donation online here! For every dollar you donate, you invest in educating a youth in school and stop bullying in our community!
Thank you for all your support!! And don’t forget to volunteer, get involved & support youth in the community.
