Sabrina Kayed (she/her/elle) is a pansexual with a passion for social justice and the scientific method. She is the Education Coordinator at the Canadian Centre for Gender & Sexual Diversity, where she coordinates and develops educational diversity workshops and programming for a wide range of audiences.
Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and can inoculate a petri dish like no other. Her academic path was fueled by her passion for reproductive physiology and human sexuality. During her time in STEM, she realized that even science isn’t immune to the gendered bias and rhetoric that permeates our culture. From there, Sabrina became determined to challenge patriarchal gender norms… with science!
In her spare time, you can find Sabrina baking cupcakes, crafting, or marathoning shows on Netflix.
