Position: Service Providers Network Coordinator
Terms of Employment: Full-Time until end of February 2019
Anticipated Start Date: May, 2018
Salary: $32,000-$37,000; with optional of a benefits package
Languages: English (French is an asset)
Education: Post-secondary degree (encouraged), experience will be taken into consideration.
Experience: 3 years of experience in the conference management field managing groups of 200+ delegates preferred. Also experience with working with youth; community outreach; office administration; report writing; workshop facilitation; and inter-departmental communication is required.

The Canadian Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity (CCGSD) intersectionally promotes diversity in gender identity, gender expression, and romantic and/or sexual orientation in all its forms on a national level through services in the areas of education, health, and advocacy. Since 2013, CCGSD has proudly hosted the only national Summit for a spectrum of LGBTQ2 service providers. From this first event sprang the notion that the summit could grow into a Service Providers Summit, providing support to members and guidance for future summits. Now into our fourth event, the coordinator will be charged with planning the next event taking place in January 2019. In between planning this event, for a one-year fixed term contract, the coordinator will also re-establish the network, which will support the programming of future events.
In addition, the successful candidate can expect to take on a range of other related duties as necessary, and to participate fully in the meetings and activities in the office.
