The focus of the Rainbow Coalition Conference is to connect students that are LGBTQ and allies with each other and community resources. This will be done by workshops led by professionals, community members, and student teams. Students will be given a chance to share anti-bullying strategies, and anti-homophobia and anti-transphobia education. Importance will be placed on how students can take the skills that they’ve learned back to their schools and communities, running high-impact events and staying connected post-conference.
